Brainstorm Blog #2

For this project I want to make something that I am excited about but also remain realistic. I feel like sometimes I have grand plans for what I want to make but then also struggle trying to execute when I haven’t had enough practice. For this project with blender, and especially putting the filters onto tik-tok I want to make filters that are current for the moment and other symbols/themes that people like and are interested in. At the end of the day tik-tok filters and videos only go viral off of the likeness of other people. For one of my filters I was thinking about trying to make a grad hat with a tassel that swings. This time of year many people are graduating both in high school and in college and that filter would be relevant. I was also thinking about doing one that is more simple with symbols that people tend to be drawn to like flowers somewhere on the screen, however symbols people normally resonate with do seem to be overdone. I think it would also be cool to make some other type of hat or headband, sticking to the theme of headwear. Maybe like bunny ears for spring time. For the bunny ears I was thinking of making the inside of the bunny ears darker pink and have the outside be a lighter pink or maybe a blue. With the bunny ears I could possibly add a nose as well.
